Is it fine?
thanks,
Few softwares show up the repeated dates of starters as you mentioned.

Logically, Start Date(First Month of respective Employee) on FPS is enough.

Hi

You have to concentrate on providing all required docs as per guide and then you can follow up for ILR as members suggested.

One of my friend interviewed for 1.5 hrs to explain his 3 years actvity in business when he applied for ILR 10 yrs basis.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 yrs ILR Eligibility

If you applied for your extension before your previous visa expired, then the existing visa conditions continue under section 3C and you are covered and not an overstayer. You can apply shortly before 5 years residence for ILR. Thank you CR001 for your reply, I have applied a week before my initial...

Were you allowed to work(as a director) while you were waiting for the result of the fresh application? Do you know how they would calculate your time for your 5 year ILR? Your solicitor is wrong ! You simply need to be registered within 6 months but you are free to move on to another business at any time. In fact you can score your points across multiple businesses if you wish. This is very clearly mentioned in the guide: 144. We recognise that you may have moved on...

If her Salary is a part of your required 50K investment then you have to put it back before applying and update management accounts.

But for a Genuine Entrepreneur, It will be a stronger doc for sure. Your genuineness is not determined by sending extra documents or evidence. The belief that sending extra documents will make you look more genuine is also a myth. 99% of refusals so far have been due to failure to provide the docum...
