Dont post.. book an appoinment at your local NCS ... With post you have to send all your documents and presently it is taking long time to return your original docs.. At NCS.. they give back all the docs on same day.. Till you receive an approval letter you are fine to visit MARS as well :lol: :lol:...

I think you should be able to apply.. but it is a painfull and long process of 4 months.. and also expect some rejections... from the users experience here its not a smooth road at all..
