explain this in page 15 .. logically this is not an issue as it is only one date option..

You are fine.. Give a call to the local NCS where are you are visiting them.. If it is me I would go straight to appointment.. rather then riging up..

you can always postpone first appointment at free of cost

omerGB, indimarshal , [iD] are you guys still waiting ? I think the time we applied is very close the the time when they sent the team to Passport office to clear the backlogs, so probably they assigned our case to someone who is still in the passport office or went on holiday and they are not both...

Thanks my wife is also working for my company as secretary , but joined less than 12 months so she does not have P60 or any other tax documents except 5-6 months salary slips do we need the letter from the employer for her ? if yes, who needs to give that letter, shall I prepare my own and sign it ...

Also if they postpone your appointment on the day.. ask them to do at free of cost I mean ask them to use the same fee you have paid already..not a penny extra as you went there with their suggestion..

Thank you for reply i did contacted to NCS about this they are not sure but asked bring paper work first issue date k.. when you fill the FORM AN.. on page 15 clearly write this issue.. make things easy and straight forward for case worker.. may be you can hear an approval a week earlier :lol: :lol...

Dont post.. book an appoinment at your local NCS ... With post you have to send all your documents and presently it is taking long time to return your original docs.. At NCS.. they give back all the docs on same day.. Till you receive an approval letter you are fine to visit MARS as well :lol: :lol:...

At the NCS they ask you for your BRP card.. so some agents might follow the protocol with no logic.. you better postpone your appointment on or after 16th sep.. as the BRP card you have is considered in all places rather than the paper work you have which says the approval is received on 4th sep.. Perfect. Thanks a lot for the clarification. Yes, degree of both me & my wife are visible on PBS, and they are awarded 10 points for English as well. Looks like we're okay without any letter from NARIC or letter from our universities confirming that the degree was taught in English, as PBS already ...

Does he not have a original degree certificate from a uni which is recoginized by UKBA in points based calculator..? I think you should be able to apply.. but it is a painfull and long process of 4 months.. and also expect some rejections... from the users experience here its not a smooth road at all..
