Has your extension application been refused by the home office - did you go for AR and been refused ?

Because if that is the case then you lose the right to work in the UK and you have to take yourself off the payroll.

@commando if your visa is refused, the home office will retain your passport and documents - destroy your old BRP. Officially been 10 weeks since my fresh application was made to the home office and 4 weeks since I received my complex issue letter .

Still waiting on a decision - fingers crossed that my approval comes through soon.

Home office never responded to my letter asking for the reason why I was made to report when I still had an application pending with them. Is anyone else here waiting for an Entrepreneur extension and made to report?

This is really no different than when you call them.

"Awaiting decision" or "in process" is basically the same thing. Even then it goes to tell you that the stages are "open", "awaiting decision" and "decided".

So even if application is decided it won't tell you what the decision is online.

Sadly you can't chase them or speed the process up not matter what your circumstances are or how urgent it is.
