Re: Tier 2 extension rejected

i was under the impression that when you go for a Tier 2 General Extension, you don't need to have bank statements to prove maintenance funds. im about to do my extension application so that would be good to clarify if i need them or not.

questions regarding the Premium Service

Hello As i am currently weighing my options between doing the premium same day service (£1,164) and the priority postal service (£1,039) for my Tier 2 extension application. If the prices I have here are infact correct, i was thinking of paying a little more to do the same day service. I was just cu...

Re: Tier 2 General Questions

have you guys emailed the help desk to ask for an urgent treatment to the allocation? You can email them when your visa gets to within 15 days of expiring and ask them to treat it as an urgent case. Be sure they provide a scan of your visa so the date of expiry can be proven. BusinessHelpdesk@homeof...

are you talking about the COS allocation? Ours took 4 weeks, which is apparently the current average time for them to be allocated.

Re: Unrestricted COS Allocation process time

Mine isn't expiring until February (will be doing my extension app early November cause of the 3 months prior rule). But i am however doing my extension early because of the holidays and travel with work at the beginning of the year, which somewhat similar to your situation. Although we didn't say a...

Re: Unrestricted COS Allocation process time

we actually didn't call or email them at all. The only thing we did was just log in everyday and look to see if the allocation appeared at the bottom of the Licence Summary. Our request was approved today (although we did not receive an email about it, so be sure to log in to view the request), so h...

Re: Time to get an unrestricted Cos allocation

Mine took exactly 4 weeks!

Here is our timeline:
requested - Tuesday 27th September
Cos allocation granted - Tuesday 25 October

I would say ATM its about 4 weeks on average for an allocation. Good luck to everyone else getting one.

Re: rough time frame of Tier 2 licence & SMS changes?

Well some good news today, our users were granted access to the SMS system this morning. But still the CoS allocation has not been renewed, nor the other updates have occurred. At least they can now access the system to monitor whats going on, but need to wait until they update the rest of the reque...

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hello,

was just wondering if anyone else has had luck in getting their CoS allocation? we requested ours on 27th September and still nothing. Was just wondering what the general timeline is for a request without having to email the helpline for urgent treatment.

Thank you

[quote="ShrutiBlue"][quote="hopeforall9"] With the extension coming up, HR wants to put this so will and is unsure if this will be satisfactory: 'Application is currently a Tier 2 visa holder and is extending in the same role within our organisation, therefore is exempt from RLMT' Is that alright fo...

Hey guys I was just wondering what people's process times were if they applied for a renewal of an unrestricted COS allocation between mid-end of September 2016? HI guys, Hoping someone can clarify this for us (we did call the helpline about this, and got a weirdly mixed answer to this). Re: Tier 2 General extension

Thats good, im glad to hear it didnt take that long in the end. Our Level 1 User (the one who left) had request just before she left for a new person to have a login and a renewal of the COS allocation since she hadn't done that earlier in the year. Its only been about 1.5 weeks for us since that ha...

Re: Tier 2 (General) - Job Title Change

Something similar happened to me. Even though I was promoted, job title changed and my salary did increase (also due to a restructure), my duties still fell under the SOC code that we submitted the application under, so we were told we didn't have to notify them of the change. We were just told when...
