It could not have been a PR card. If OP applied for WRS in 2006, there is no way he would get PR in 2007. Not a personal dig on anyone, but I wonder why people do not write their full circumstances and immigration history with the query. Why only after extreme "interrogation" by other members, peop...

I meant, that a PR application can act as a free documents check, without any risk of loosing application fees.

I know PR card is not needed for naturalisation.

Now now  There are many many people who browse these forums, without asking the queries. Everyone who browses the forum gains knowledge from other people's experiences. An EU citizen and specially A8 citizens, in my opinion, will for sure have something to gain from the comments I made. I wond...

She cannot act as a referee if she writes a letter to UKBA saying she is sister of your partner, and you send that letter with your application. If she just signs then she can. You know what I am saying? If you do decide her to act as a referee, then be wary of this UKBA detectives. There are...

My neighbour next doors volunteers as a referee for kids football.

Can he act as a referee?

(I think he can because he is actually a real "referee")

To cut the long story short, there is nothing you need to worry about.
You do not need to declare anything because nothing has occurred. What you have mentioned just doesn't count.

Final answer. :)

If you fit into both 61 and 62, then there is nothing to worry about. Let the case worker chose whether he want to go through M61 or M62. :)

Re: About NCS's appointment

Dear Seniors, I have a question. I am due to apply in august 2013. But, just want to ask about this NCS. Do they have appointment slots like we have for peo for ILR and HSMP visas? Council is the body that we should look for. Do I need to ring them 1 month before to book an appointment. Please if s...

Patience, planning and cool head helps.

Eu Citizens and their family members should apply for ee3/eea4. I know its not required, but its free and gives your peace of mind. And most importantly, its FREE.

Once you have EEA3/EEA4, then basically you just have to clock one more year.

I read somewhere in guidance notes only a few days ago, that they actually regard the date of application from the next day it arrives at UKBA. I am sure someone can confirm this and point out the actual guidance. So, if someone applies on 9th at NCS, and application reaches UKBA on 10th, they will ...

Now let me explain If you pay by a certain deadline, which will be clearly mentioned on the CCJ you have received, then this CCJ will not be registered in your credit file. So, according to your credit files, you never had a CCJ. Paying by a certain deadline means that the payment must reach the pay...

I don't think that 3 months is "ages".

UKBA does mention 6 months.

If you read the timelines on this forum, most people seem to be getting it in under 2 months. Many within 5 weeks period.

Just though there would be a bit precise guidance to my very precise query.

1. It will be taken into account.

2. Paying the money does not change the fact that County Court Judgement has been passed against you. Hence you must mention it.
