If you read the timelines on this forum, most people seem to be getting it in under 2 months. Many within 5 weeks period.

So, what I have gathered and learned is, Mr Dee Struction does not meet cat A requirements, but then I found out that he does meet cat A requirement, before finding out that he does not meet cat A requirement and must apply under cat B, before finally finding out that he can actually fit into cat A....

As far as calculating yearly income, I know that 12 months wage slips can be supplied if they total £ 18600.

In theory you can apply for your first passport from Pakistan, but it can take a long time. Let me stress, a looooong time. 6 months is the minimum, but in practice it can take well over an year.

I would say, do not apply for a passport from Pakistan ever.

Right, yea. I kinda remember that on old forms there were no sections for children of the sponsor who were not seeking settlement.

In the new forms, they ask for all the children for both partners.
