Month 1 £ 1600 Month 2 £ 1500 Month 3 £ 1400 Month 4 £ 1400 Month 5 £ 1600 Month 6 £ 2100 I think I recall that intitially under cat A if Mr Dee Structions income was as above, then they would only calculate as 1400 x 6= 8400 (sponsor fails cat A criteria). But what I see now under the examples, the...

Right, yea. I kinda remember that on old forms there were no sections for children of the sponsor who were not seeking settlement.

In the new forms, they ask for all the children for both partners.

I am sure you will fly through your interview without any problems.

To cut the long story short, yes immigration officer can look into personal stuff like letters. You did not submit english test with your application, so your appeal was bound to fail. Lets see what they decide on article 8 grounds. If no children are involved, then does not seem like any chance any...

Although parents details do not really matter if you are getting naturalised, or getting your British passport after naturalisation, but it is always good that if you know the correct details then use them. If there is any question about parents DOB, then I would say give the correct ones after cons...

Just use the name that is given in your passport. It won't be a problem.

You mention about ILR, and then you say you are applying for British Passport. Have you naturalised as a British Citizen?

I dont think there is any need to email HCI. Whatever you are asking is already mentioned on their website. What you need is, a deed poll. As you already know, and everyone knows, and I have said it a few times, I mean the dead poll is the thing which you need. Deed poll. Go see a solicitor after yo...

The two best practical options are 1. You use your Indian passport and pay some penalty when you surrender. Cost you a little bit, but no headaches, no more confusions and no tight schedules. 2. Obtain British passport, surrender Indian passport and obtain Indian Visa. You can apply for OCI in India...

I wonder how this could be.

I mean your mother has a name like everyone else, but on your passport you decide to use some other name for your mother?

Or is it just the difference of spelling or first name and surname in different order?

Right, one second mate. Don't you think you should have sorted all this out before sending your application? You have already been approved, so if you change your name now, your ceremony won't take place until UKBA issues you will a new approval in new name. Could take few weeks, or few months. You ...

You cannot change your name when you attend ceremony. On the day of ceremony, the only thing that can take place is a ceremony. The day of ceremony is not a venue to do other legal procedures. If you tell the council on ceremony day that you have changed your name, then most likely they will cancel ...

Present is opposite of absent which itself is opposite of present. :( So, if I say that you should have been present in UK 3 years before application, then if you were not absent on that date, then you were present. The simple reason being, that if you were absent, then you won't be present. Simply ...

I would say don't do anything. There is no point.

If home office decided to contact the referee, and they can't get hold of them, they will write to you and ask for another referee.

Most likely they won't contact referees and you will get your approval.
