I am not sure whether you can apply without providing her Birth Cert or Passport. No idea if they will be satisfied with copy of these docs already on their file. Perhaps some other members can tell if its not possible or not. If it is not possible, then you will be able to apply in your own right a...

It varies from council to council. When I got approval, it was clearly mentioned in approval letter " you must not contact you council, they will contact you". And they did in a week or so. I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure that if one of the parent acquires foreign citizenship, then child also loses their citizenship. Even if I am wrong, I think you will be taking a big risk. A personal experience may not be of much help to you, as another immigration officer might take a differe...

1. I showed one utility bill when I renewed at cgi Birmingham. But carry two bills in case they ask. Won't cost you anything if they only ask for one. You submit photocopies with application, and just show the originals. You should have all the copies before you get to the counter. 2. Passport appli...

As you will know, most of the solicitors would have never dealth with something like this before. Like I said, the common sense dictates, that if someone who leaves on deemed leave, and then returns is acceptable, they why not someone who is exempt should be acceptable? Because it was their status a...

Yes, PBS is for tier visas. But in your case, you are not using it for tier visa. You are just using it to check if the degree is accepted and gives 10 points if you were applying as a PBS migrant. If it gives you 10 points (imagining you are a pbs migrant), then the degree is good enough to meet en...

Just send the application. If HO is not satified, they will write to you and ask you to provide alternative referee.

By the way, tens of thousands of people have been approved who used doctors as referees.
