Where is the other document? where are you looking? Where is it listed and where is it not? Millions of immigrants are doing trinity exams. You are the first one who has somehow come to the conclusion that it is not acceptable. Some immigrants should get knighthood for doing unnecessary research, an...

Just send the application. If HO is not satified, they will write to you and ask you to provide alternative referee.

By the way, tens of thousands of people have been approved who used doctors as referees.

Chinese meal? How un-British.

I had my ceremony today, and had proper British food. Roast vegetables with salt and pepper.

I will apply for PAN card before I surrender my Indian passport. Just form 49A and no KYC (no idea what KYC is though).

I have an NR account with HDFC. I don't know what exactly its called, but its in rupees. It hasn't got more than 10 lacs in it, so I guess I will be ok.

I wonder how many have been refused passport after interview If they are not satisfied with the answers given at interview, then they will carry out further checks to ensure that the passport applicant is in fact ther person who s/he claims to be. They may ask for some other documents or attend a f...

The person doing a passport interview knows nothing about what might have caused the delay. They are just there to tick some boxes, nothing else. I don't think Blackhole will every have problem again. Whatever they may have wanted to clarify has been done and dusted and passport issued. It took them...

I think your query is in relation to WTC or CTC. When a couple is claiming, and if one person is free from immigration control, then for the purpose of WTC or CTC etc, both partners are regarded as free from immigration control. So, both can tick on Free From Immigration Control. In other words, if ...
