POLICE CAUTION

I received a simple caution recently under section 27 direction to leave for an argument. I am on Tier 2 visa and need to travel out of UK for 9 days. Upon my return can the immigration stop me from entering back into the UK as it says under 321 iii that a leave to enter may be refused even through ...

Cooling Proof

1. Your ex sponsor must have informed in October 2012 to UKBA regarding you leaving and that record is with them. You should check, if possible, the date of information provided to UKBA. If you have good relation with you ex sponsor they can send your status / migrant activity printout from View COS...

My understanding was once you receive the admin review letter they only ask for passport submission for stamping. Is the reveiw means that they ar...

GOING WRONG

I am not an expert. All I know in simple terms is unless you COMPLETE the full formalities of switching before you leave UK you won't be allowed back in the country. Sorry, but you will have to ask an expert on these matters but no way you can leave UK and re-enter whilst your switching is in proces...

Switch advise

1. Do not leave UK once you finish your job. You normally get 60 days curtailment when your current employer notifies UKBA. 2. Request you new sposnor to issue you COS and take premium appointment to finalise your switching. 3. If money is not a constraint, it's better to use a good solicitor in UK ...

I have received an administrative review decision and submitted my passport for stamping at BHC Delhi under T-2G. A. The COS is showing used on 28th May and expiry on 9 August. Thanks

Thank you. Please can you tell me is there a time limit from the date of decision of AR to submit the passport and how long does it take for stamping? Last question, the refusal was in early June and they have taken long for AR, will they ask again for sponsors new certificate RCOS or something?

Administrative Review

I received the following reply for my admin review, does it mean that it has been successful? If yes, is there a timeline within which I have to go to BHC as I am out of country currently and expected back in 10-12 days? Also, there isn't a list of documents mentioned, does it mean I have to just su...

complex case

This sucks :( Business visa is been filed for 8 working days at new delhi and although documents are strong, recent refusal under T-2 General plus 5.5 months stay under previous business visit upto May 2013 is going to be a negative. So little hope .... how long do they take to process the business ...

Cooling off period

Thanks Manci :( Very strange for UKBA to publish such an error on Sponsor Guidance and not correct it because if we read through the entire para on cooling off, nowhere its suggesting that its applicable to Long term ICT only. Anyway, I previously also had a work permit from March 2006 to March 2011...

Para 575 D says that Cooling off doesn't apply for ICT before 6 April 2011, Skills transfer, Graduate trainee and short term staff? Tier 2 General Cooling off

In the sponsor Guidance to Tier 2 its mentioned that cooling off period doesnt apply to Tier 2 ICT visa granted under rules befor April 2011. Pl...
