what about if you invest in a business under NQF level 4, but your job title is NQF level 4 and above, and on the other hand you are running business NQF level4 or above for extension purpose etc ,,,

I wants to apply a dependent visa from outside UK, Do I have to show payslips as a proof of income or Companies house letter would be fine.

Can we become director of an existing company and invest in form of unsecured directors loan ? While not being a share holder - In this case we get salary plus annual interest over the loan. Is this all fine ?

Just wanted to ask, if we invest 50k in our company, can that company further invest a part of that money in another busiess and buy shares for that business ?

I think its confusing, no one is clear, as far as I think you can do any business but your job title / designation in a company has to be level 4 and above, graduate level,,, Not the business.

1 ).share capital investment (become director & share holder)

2) . Unsecured director loan (become a director - director salary + agreed interest )

Yes I think there is no restriction once u get visa in terms of business - businesses. I checked policy guidance and it doesnt say that there is any restriction for extension applicants ..
