your balance should not be less then £945 for the past 90 days. don't take risk, request your bank manager to sort out the issue, He / She will be able to sort this out. explain your problem, hopefully bank can look after you.

Re: T1E extension just 2 months to LR ILR

I totally agreed with you all (according to guidence) but its in your condition of stay (visa), you must fullfill all the requirement, for extension purpose. I am only 8 days short from my 10 years ILR but I seeked advice from professional solicitors not 1 or 2 more then 3. they charged me even £30 ...

Re: T1E extension just 2 months to LR ILR

It will not going to work, to qualify for long residency, they have to live here for 10 years legally, but you were on tier1 ent visa, and you didn't qualify for extension due to employment issue or any other issue, it means you didn't fullfilled visa requirement and the chances are, ukba will consi...

No one is clear about NQF at the time of extension, guidence says only for initial applications, but if they will only consider NQF level 4 business then definately franchising of any retail etc is not considerable.

Re: 4 months between tier 1 e expire n 10 yrs

Best to go for extension, doesn't matter if you go for ILR they might ask you all the relevant documents of visa, you were granted previously, otherwise if HO rejects your ILR 10 year, you might not get right of appeal due to your current leave to remain.

According to the guidence, once they gave you 3 years visa, you have to show this investment £50k in the period of 3 years, but you must have a proof of transfer (bank statement) that you have investment the whole capital as investment. this is what guidence says, don't know what would case worker g...
