if money is in business account, that mean you given a director loan to your business, so don't need to transfer it to again in to your personal account, you must provide director loan agreement at the time of hearing as an proof, if ask so

guidance says you must have access to 50k, its means you both if its joint application, (joint accounts only) in some cases home office did accept a declaration from both parties, but now a days home office is only considering joint accounts, bcz too much complications in declarations etc etc

1. its better not to use home address as business, (its my personal opinion), you can use virtual address for your business.
2. if you are running a company some times home office ask for employer liability insurance

hi, I had a same problem my passport expires, while application was in process, its simple you can send UKBA a new passport with your covering letter and your ukba ref no of ur in process application. ukba will update your file.

agreed with both of you, after getting the badge my job title would be lets say marketing manager / customer relation manager (corporate customers) only, or any title or job above NQF level 4 or above, but business main activity would be level 4 and above, bcz once open an company you can expand it ...

@ent123, once you transferred 50k in to your business account, your investment done, then its your business money, then you don't need to worry for share etc, transferred 50k in business and you are free from investment issue, your investment done.
