I GOT visa and it doesnt apparently restricts running your shop or retail business.. Even I read extension requirements and that doesnt say anything about this. They want us to inbest 50k and result creating 2 jobs. NVQ requirement apparently is before getting visa ??

its a motor conviction, not criminal conviction, as u mentioned u fined and got 3 points by officer, not from the court.

Interview Questions were same, No business plan submitted, bcz your interview is itself complete business Plan. submitted latest bank statements and invoices etc.

@sunshine: first of all just forget about ILR think about your business, investment and all the legal procedure to run and fulfill the visa requirement, it's not like work permit that u can work straight away or u gets a job easily, it's 6 years track towards ILR, but 6 years including your next ext...

bro did u provide any further documents, at ur interview like bank statements,,, etc etc or the person conducted ur interview asked u about relevant documents. if yes, what was your answer?

She wasn't keen to keep the documents but I gave her all the relevant documents in original, then she said that case worker will send u all original documents back.

hi, simply just get updated documents, and the question would be same as other person attended the interview, be confient about what business u doing, not to worry,,,, U will get the Visa.
