Re: 10 years long residence applications

Hello,
d3thmark, with just 9 days over, if you can write a good cover note covering the the reasons it may help.
Also you never know, since u are not very sure of the exact days, it could be less.
I wish you all the best on Thursday.

Re: Need help for my ILR appeal in upper tribunal.

Hello Saj2210,

Zee Ali has given you a candid opinion, but If you believe in prayers, there is nothing prayers can not solve.
If you could prove the error and maybe as he suggested if you have families, a judicial review might help.
But you will need to consider the cost and time though.

Re: ILR due to 10 years long residency query

Hello,
Apart from a possible waste of money, having to appeal and then widthrraw, is there any other disadvantage of going for the appeal first ?

Re: ILR due to 10 years long residency query

Thanks for your response.
If (I pray this does not happen as there is no reason to) the ilr is refused, will there be an appeal right?
I know 3c will be lost until approved.

Appealing is a lawyers suggestion, but I know making the right choice is important.

We would never have know there was a dcision if not because subsequence ECS check came out negative two weeks ago after being positive two months ago. we were won...

Re: ILR due to 10 years long residency query

Hello Sush, Thanks for ur response. Yes it was a refusal. They now admitted that our previous flro ( for few months as prospective student) application of 2013 is in time, but still refused under human right reasons, I.e you have not lived in the UK for 20 years etc. Though this decision was made on...

There are new developments, we got a letter this morning that indicated that decision has been made since 20th July, with right of appeal within 14 days. Please should we go ahead and do a pro application asap, and if failed then continue with the appeal, or should we just go ahead with the appeal a...

Re: Home Office Employee Verification Checking service - fla

Hello MissyD, from the various researches on peoples post that I have made on this website, I think the only way forward might be contacting your MP. I am really surprised that the home office has not resolved your case. This is very unfair!!! How do they want one to support oneself during years of ...

Re: Appeal Allowed but been sent back to HO to recosideratio

Hello ,
I am currently in the same situation as yours, appeal allowed but send to HO for reconsideration. I guess this is the standard way to do it if the decision has been made wrongly by them in the first place.
I pray it will be a positive outcome and the waiting period will not be too long.
