Hi there (a) I dont think you need any minimum maintenance requirement as per policy but if you have then it really gives a positive feeling to CW, though not a requirement. (c) reagarding P60, there is no requirement to produce those as they already have all the required systems to check. It is nic...

Hi,

I just happen to see this message and I feel it should be fine as long as the money is coming into UK account and is in GBP. In some cases even if it is not in GBP you can use the conversion rate of your earnings and as well.

If you got UK driving license those can also be used, apart from that any letter which has your wife name on it can also be used. It is not important that you should have for every month, if you can show them per quarter that should also be fine. The intention is only to check that this marriage is ...

This is not an issue unless it is more than 180 days in an year... read the rules it is explicity clear.

There have been cases where they have given ILR based on exception circumstances even if it has crossed 200 days.. so everything depends on individual case and Case worker.

You should be fine...

Regarding payslips.. I guess you have to show any 12 months between 15 months ..the only caveat is it has to be continous months and not irregular months..

Thanks
