Re: Manual FPS

Hi guys, I got following format for FPS submissions for each employee from accountant from his payroll software. It literally has all information HO needs I think. Will this format work? The reason I am asking is because it seems ok when you have just one record but when PDF has tens of such records...

Re: Tier 1 ext approved without interview

Hi Ali31, If I am not wrong, can I just confirm that your first application got rejected then you made second application which got rejected and you submitted AR for it which also got rejected and then you submitted third application and got approval? I didn't say anywhere my second application was...

Re: Switching from Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) to Tier 2 (General)

Can I ask just another doubt relating to this topic? If your Tier 1 visa is rejected and you have to go back to your country. If you then apply for Tier 2 visa and get it and come back. Can you still count the time spent before leaving UK for long residency condition? Eg. if you have spend 8 yrs in ...

Re: Changes to immigration rules from 24 November 2016

I found only this one paragraph in immigration rules which asks for register of members. So I would imagine that document is required only if you have invested by way of share capital. Am I right? (4) If the applicant has invested by way of share capital the business accounts must show the sharehold...

Re: Changes to immigration rules from 24 November 2016

Is that if you have invested as share capital or that rule will apply to everyone? Change simply says A clarification that the company‟s register of members must come from Companies House. But does not give more information. I have submitted my AR yesterday so I don't think I will get decision on AR...

Re: Tier 1 Extension Refused after 5 Months.Need suggestions

Hi Awan, Why do you think you will get your documents from first application back? If thats the case, have you been told that you will need to send remaining documents later once you get them back? As I understand, they will use the documents from your previous application as they were with HO when ...

Re: Tier 1 Visa extention refused

Hi guys,

Can you please tell me if we have to submit all documents again with fresh application after AR is rejected?
Because some of the original documents are already with Home Office and haven't got back. So do they take those documents in consideration or just the newly submitted documents?

Just wondering if we can still switch if your Tier 1 visa is expired and you got rejection for extension application?

Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

I don't think so. It says that these documents such as accounts and all needs to be verified by accountant who is recognised ACCA or similar body.

The rejection reason seems very clear which says the FPS document is not supplied.

I couldn't find any but has anyone found any changes with relation to what happens if AR is also refused? Do we still get chance to make fresh application within 14 days ( I guess thats the only change instead of 28 days?)

Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

Yes. So "or monthly summaries" means summary of all months i.e. FPS history. Am I wrong? The guide says; Real Time Full Payment Submission evidence can be in the form of individual monthly submissions made to HMRC (during the period for which you are claiming points) or monthly summaries, providing t...

Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

I don't think you understood my question.
I know you have mentioned that on this forum, but I am just asking where does it say in guidance? Did you read it anywhere in any official Home Office document or you are saying that from your experience?

Hi Zimba, I did check that thread and you mentioned about MoneySoft application to use to generate FPS document. Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

I tried to find the right format of FPS/RTI documents requested for visa purpose but couldn't find it anywhere in policy guidance or in application. I think you asked that question earlier to sedra who asked about his case. I had mentioned my rejection reason at start that missing FPS document when I have provided FPS filing history and other documents to support job creation.

Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

In rejection letter, it is also mentioned that they have not verified any of the documents yet as it is rejected due to missing document. But they also awarded all points for remaining sections except job creation. Just sounds bit confused what do they mean to say by that.

Re: Tier 1 Ext refused

I did talk to accountant and they use SuperPay application which he said does not provide any other documents for FPS submissions. So the one I already sent Home Office is the one I can get and if I have to make fresh application, i am not sure what different document can I send for that anyway. And...
