Re: Tier (Gen) to ILR - SET(O) Form Question

Just for the sake of the Question(and as I answered with a tick in it), I submitted photocopies of my immigration history for my Confidence on the day. Yes, I know, UKVI will have all our history thus they should have not asked such question. In this forum, I have seen posts about people who had sub...

Re: ILR SET (O) section 6.1 date - Advice Please

For section 6.1, you should put the date when you first entered into Tier2 (Gen) category, which is 17-Jan-2013.

Re: ILR - Issue with Hike in Salary

Hi All,
I got my ILR approved yesterday at Croydon Premium Service Centre. I was called in between my visa processing and was asked to submit P60s and P45s as I have had 3 Employers (including current one) during my Tier 2 (Gen) tenure. I provided them along with HMRC Employment History letters.

Re: ILR - Question on 35K Threshold

So this means, as per current rules, I am eligible to apply for ILR in 2018 if I can show an earning of £35000 at that time. And the 4 years that I earned less than £35000 should not be a problem right??
