'my application through 50k route, my refusal reason is one services are not clearly mention in business contract.

JR is not a appeal, So i thing UKBA can ask for enything, Best thing to do we need prepair every document which is relates to the original application.thats my solicitor explained me. Rest of things who knows.

Yes I am in same situation, I already have been awarded Maintanance funds mark but now my statement balance is low, My JR is in process , I am worried about also, have any body any idea UKBA will ask again if JR will sucessfull?

Thank you for your reply, now I understand the situation,its mean UKBA already awarded 10 points to you for maintanence funds so that why they did not ask maintanance statement again.

@AdilZia, There must be mention last of for reply in PAP,They will reply with in that period,most of the times they do not reply,You should prepare your case for Judicial Review,as soon as the mention reply period will finish you should file your case in high court for judicial review....Thats the w...

@londondream008, If UKBA reply in reponse of your Pre Action Protocol letter and mention that they will reconsider your application then you do not need to go for JR further,,but if they says they just received your Pre Action Protocol letter and they will give you response or refuse your applicatio...

yes if UKBA put any objection again on your application then again you need to go for Judicial Review with the new Judicial Review application into the court...but mostly UKBA have,nt put any objection again,,,,best of luck

No its not,you can withdraw your case at any time even if UKBA refuse your case in reply of your Pre Action Protocol letter....

@Abu054 whatever proceeding from the court, court will write to you, UKBA only can ask for more time on hearing day, Most possible judge will give decision in your side, Normally judge will not allow to give more days to UKBA unless UKBA provides a strong reason for that.....Dnt worry its good for i...
