Re: Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)

Hi all,

I am making family application, myself and spouse. Do I need to carry marriage certificate? My wife has always used her maiden name, didn't change her surname. Her passport has my name as spouse. For any reason, do I still need to carry Marriage Certificate?

Thanks,
Rajesh

Re: Name change after Naturalisation

If you register it then you can use it as official document to change your name on British passport, DL, HMRC, Bank etc. Same applies when you want to change your name on child's passport/birth certificat...

1. This used to happen ages ago
2. Why do you need Senior worker? If your history is good in general, I mean credit check, taffic offsence etc. then you will get ILR without any single question asked!
3. I think LTD company contract can apply anywhere. Only Self Employed has restrictions e.g Glasgow

PIO application - Two Refree

Question 17. Name and complete addresses of two persons living in India known to the applicant:
Name of the Referee:
1 and 2

I am confused here as they used word 'Refree' in line two. Refree is mostly someone who is not related to application.

Who can I select as refree here?

Thanks,
Rajesh
