Credit Card Payment Query

Hi All,

In HSMP application form, there is field called "Issue No" for Credit Card details.

Can some let me know what is "Issue No" for a Credit Card? How many total digits are there in the Issue No?

Dear All,

Is it enough to provide to Maters degree or I need to enclose Bachelors degree and other lower level (10th and 12th standard) certificates?
