The only possible reason for revocation would be "has obtained leave by deception (ILR is revoked); ". The T1E ILR application does have a mention about the fact that there should be an intention to continue Entrepreneurship. Q2 if got initial visa about funds available in personal accounts. not investment because have you shown director loan agreement in your initial visa long with business bank statement.

here we come, uk now want to use immigration is tool to generate funds for their respected department.
