your solicitor need a good solicitor and you need to work on your extension and your donot need solicitor.

This against data protection if your employee is genuine employee how can he/she give your there bank statement, this look very suspicious to have employee bank statement with their employer.

About Duplicate wage slip UkVI precisel stated in guiadance that Duplicate wage slip is acceptable but need all period employment duration.

Same situation
My accountant replied the same about one sign is fine.
Mate to submitte company accounts is not easy job accountant will ask you both directors to read and accept when you both agree one can sign and also give agreement via email or fax.

Could you please briefly explain investment proof and how many documents you signed. Abd have used minimum wages for employee like £6.70 ph.

where you residing does not matter but from where you would be applying in future. I you would like to apply from UAE so you donot need to book TB Test because, There is no booking in UAE.

in case if you got visa, everything is possible but first of all visa, first visa the base, when you successfully achieve you first visa such as Tier 1 Entrepreneur, there is a lot of opportunities for business perspectives.

As per discussed with my accountant that what will happend to other director visa if one director changed his visa.
He answered that still entrepreneur visa is valid because both directors are business partner and their business's id liable to corporation tax.

Hello guys I am on entrepreneur visa since July 2013, I want to apply for spouse visa but stuck with total maintenance for my wife, Well I need to show £630 for 90 days or £945 for myself, Because my bank statement reduced to £1420 on 13th April 2015 but again reached to £2000 on dated 1st may 2015....
