If you are applying under CAT A then only last 6 month salary matter and you calculate gross annual salary depend on whether you are in salaried or non salaried and your wife income cannot be combined with yo...

Re: can any friend help me about overstay and administrative

For long residence any period of overstaying for 28 days is disregarded. And when you apply within 28 days of expiring section 3C or 3D but finally you are granted leave , your leave is considered continuous for LR provided you meet the other requirements of ILR

Signing accounts / RTIs for extension

Hi

Can anyone who recently got extension pls explain if RTIs need to be signed by the applicant for extension, and if there are 2 directors of a company , do both need to sign on each RTI?

Same question for accounts as there's space for for director's signature on accounts , not for two

Thanks

Re: Teir 1 Extension due 10 Years ILR in 4 months

Your solicitor and few members are confusing you. You can apply with in 28 days after expiring your existing leave and these 28 days are not regarded as overstay period for ILR application based on 10 years. If you think your 90 days maintenance statement would be ready in next 18 days, do wait for ...

Re: Teir 1 Extension due 10 Years ILR in 4 months

Hi

You can apply for extension of your visa , if after giving biometrics and waiting period it rejects , by that time your maintenance statement of 90 days would be ready. You can reapply within 28 days. It won't break your 10 year continuity
