Re: TB CERTIFICATE: EEA FAMILY PERMIT: PHILIPPINES
Apparently it’s not needed but I let both my Filipina wife and stepdaughter have the test before applying for EEA FP. It will not take so much time.
If it were my partner, they'd have the test just in case but this is for a friend of mine. Their finances are so tight at the moment ...

Hi Has anyone applied for an EEA family permit from the Philippines recently? A friend of mine will apply soon and she wants to confirm that a TB cert is NOT needed. My friend is scheduled for 14:35. Does that mean you're done and dusted in 30 minutes?
The letter says it is a registration time, not the actual ceremony start time. It also says 'including registration the event will take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes'.

Hey guys,

Have not received the invite do you think I can still get to be included in this ceremony. Trains and hotels are filling up with no sign of an invite :(

Why not just email them on the address above? They'll tell you.

Re: Next ceremony 21st may 2018 killarney

To those who have received the invite to the ceremony. Is it a RSVP? Do you have to reply to it? I'm scared I'm going to miss it. I won't be home for a week ... It seems to says that you only have to reply/email them if you can't go. The exact wording is: ATTENDING A CITIZENSHIP CEREMONY IS MANDATO...

Re: Rights whilst application in process

I think I am going to write back informing them of my legal right under EU law, and inform them that I have applied for my residence card. At the end of the day, once I get the card I can travel anyway. But I am hoping to get my Naturalisation sooner rather than later, so I hope they accept it. Rea...

Hi Mal, Hopefully you get to see this. But it has come to my attention, so I thought I would ask. As I am the spouse of an EEA national qualified person in the UK. I believe I am legal under EU law, do you know if this is the case? Cheers, Sam Does your Irish wife also have British citizenship, e.g...

You'd better ask them: citizenshipinfo@justice.ie. I doubt they would like a scanned copy. It might raise questions on their part. Hello folks, Regarding Section 14: References, is its acceptable to be completed by an Irish reference who lives abroad, and has printed, filled in their details, then s...

Many thanks I did see that but as relevant postings are nearly 2 years old hoping someone has more up to date information/experience
Nothing has changed since then.

If you want to use the EEA rules, you better get your skates on. This option will disappear if/when Brexit happens.
