Re: EU3 Form complications

Alright. I will wait this week and see if anything up in the post.

If I need to attend local Garda station for extension, do I bring my EU spouse with me and any relevant documents that we need to take with us?

Re: EU3 Form complications

They received it in the first week of November. So its 6 months exactly now. I haven't sent them any further letters. What would be the best course of action now? My Stamp4 EuFAM is going to expire in 4 weeks time and I haven't heard anything back from the EU Treaty office. Is it recommended to wait...

My Stamp4 EuFAM is going to expire in 4 weeks time and I haven't heard anything back from the EU Treaty office.

Is it recommended to wait for another 2 weeks before contacting local immigration office?

Re: What the second letter says

This is the first letter I received from them. They requested police certificate which I submitted and got an acknowledgement that they have received the police cert.

What letter is expected to come next? Is it approval letter in 6 months time?

Re: end of 10 year EUFAM PR

That's great.

Yes, you casc renew it every 10 years with the application. I suppose it's too early to look into it as some rules may change in the next 10 years.

If you're not going to apply for Irish citizenship then you have to apply for EU3 application every 10 years. Can I ask, how many months did it take to get the EU3 approved? I am waiting for same and applied in November 2018. Thanks Just received my 10 year stamp from GNIB. Relieved but already wond...

Re: EU3 Form complications

It's a drop in service without any booking requirements.

But I am wondering how would local garda office know that I am waiting for EU3 decision? And do they just extend it by few weeks?
