What stamp do you get on EU3 application?

Do we get Stamp4 or Stamp4EUFAM once EU3 application has granted? :?:

Also, does the EU national still require to exercise rights (working, studying, etc) once EU3 application has approved? :|

Re: Extension stamp 4 eufam

Always apply for EU3 application atleast 6 months before the expiry of your current Stamp4EUFAM. It's even mentioned in their website. I applied 7 months before the expiry and my EU3 application is still pending, 7 months gone. My employer requested me to provide a new stamp 4, so I immediately cont...

Re: List of documents to be presented to local Garda immigration with EU4FAM approval letter

When I got my Stamp4EUFAM for 5 years I was in Waterford city and just had to bring my EU spouse and our passports along with decision letter from EU Treaty office. No questions or documents were asked. I am waiting for EU3 approval at the moment and will see if local Garda office will request for f...

Re: List of documents to be presented to local Garda immigration with EU4FAM approval letter

I wonder what County is it? If it's a very small county then maybe they are not aware of the rules? My friend was asked to pay 300 euros for GNIB card but when he told them it's EU Treaty application again then officer said and what? Then person told him the rule that there is no charge then Gardai ...

What stage is my citizenship application?

So I received a letter from Citizenship office which says: "Your application has now been initially assessed, and has proceeded to the second stage of processing. Your application is being processed with a view to establishing whether you meet the statutory conditions for the granting of naturalisat...

Re: EUFAM4 To PR Documents

They asked things what are listed in the EU 3 application. But it has to be for 5 years. Make sure you apply atleast 9 months before expiry of your Stamp4EUFAM card. I applied 6 months before and almost had a gap in my residency as they didn't issue a temporary stamp for me, however garda officer wa...

Re: Stamp 4 on passport

Yea I did get the stamp on my passport before getting the IRP. The immigration officer was kind enough as my case is genuine and I submitted EU3 application 7 months ago without being issued any temporary permission.

I suggest wait for 2 week until you get IRP.

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expiring

Hi Obie, I have sent citizenship application already in March and received acknowledgement that it has gone to second stage. My temp Stamp 4 expires in December, so I am hoping to hear from citizenship department by that time. Perhaps you should consider a citizenship application, if that is your ul...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expiring

Thanks everyone. Good to know re-entry visa is not required anymore. Please ignore my previous message. @Obie: its 7 months now and I got extension letter only when I visited the local garda office and they had to ring EU office, otherwise they were not even replying and got automated email that the...

Re: Stamp meaning on passport?

Living in Ireland for 6 years and I always did get the stamp first on my passport and now waiting for the IRP as it's processed centrally and will take 3 weeks. I was living in Dublin before and got GNIB card on the same day. But now I am living outside of Dublin. Another Q, Given its only a stamp 4...

Re: Stamp meaning on passport?

Immigration officer told me to tell employer that IRP will arrive after 2 weeks and in the interim show them the stamp on passport. Your employer has no right to view your GNIB card. You just show your stamp page on your passport to your employer. That is not correct, the Employer needs to be shown ...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expiring

Hi Obie, I got a temporary stamp 4. Do you think I should still send them a letter to hurry up? And do I need re-entry visa? As it's not Stamp4EUFAM. Update: Went to local garda station. Told the issue and they rang EU Treaty Rights office and I am given a 6 months temporary stamp on passport and ph...

Re: Stamp meaning on passport?

Issue is I haven't received GNIB card yet, its gone for printing and will take 3 weeks to come back. And I want to show my employer that I have Stamp 4 and I don't need work permit. The one you have on your GNIB card that's the one which you are holding right now. I don't know why you have G4 on the...

Re: Stamp4EUFAM expiring

Update:

Went to local garda station. Told the issue and they rang EU Treaty Rights office and I am given a 6 months temporary stamp on passport and photo taken for IRP.

IRP will take 3 weeks to arrive. Am I allowed to work in the interim period until IRP arrives?

I got an email from them which says responsibility is on me to renew IRP while my application is under process. But I am not sure what documents do I need to tak...
