If they started observing the continuous residency after that, can they use the EU law of initi...

Self employment and excercising treaty rights

Dear forum members Are you still classed as excercising treaty rights if while during self employed, you had a 10month gap to be on maternity leave (also received maternity allowance that period which is documented). Also after the maternity leave, I swapped self employment to job seeker(3months on ...

If I may suggest, if your husband is working, why don't u 2 get CSI and you will be self sufficient based on your husband income. Because the situation you are in is a bit tricky, if you claim job seeker above 6months it might jeopardise your pr confirmation. Cos for you to still be excercising trea...

Even without the visa you are breaking no law as eu law supercedes national law. As long as your husband is excercising his treaty rights, you are legal irrespective of permit or not.
I don't know how long it takes but should be faster than uk own lol

You do not need to send your passport, it won't affect the decision of the application. For you wife if she request hers, she doesn't need to send it back unless her caseworker request her passport which they rarely do. If her case is decided it is issued on A4 paper( immigration status document), w...

Normally they are obliged to disclose if your application is with them as long as they are able to verify ur identity. They ask you personal question about you like place of birth. Things relating to ur passport details, and address after that they are able to pull up ur details. Another question is...

Just an update; I got a reply from marje Clarke after her holiday, apologising and told me she has passed my query to the relevant department on Wednesday. Surprisingly today Royal Mail knocked and delivered my moms documents with her residency on it. It took exactly 26days to issue it. Coincidental...

Bear in mind that dependant parents irrespective of whether they are working and make money but as long as they are dependant on you to meet their essential needs, dependency suffices. I...
