My biggest worry is that, our application (Special Delivery) was Delivered to a PO BOX.

Where as all other people who mentioned on this thread told that their applications were received in PERSON and also they were signed as a proof.

The blame game has started now between Home Office, Royal Mail and NCS Hamilton. I am really disappointed the way this case is being dealt. NCS Hamilton says, they have delivered to correct address Royal Mail-Customer Care Says, they have delivered to the PO Box Royal Mail-Liverpool Delivery Office ...

Already checked with them too.. no luck. I was told they delivered to the address and their job is done! No useful information from them. Not sure what we must do now......please advise.
