@akhan25 have you tracked your special delivery on royal mail website? what does it say? Signed by person or PO Box or still waiting deliver/collection from PO BOX?
It is not about sending originals, my family is due to travel out of UK and in first instance NCS has posted them and no news on their receipt till now.
