Thanks Tier14 and Marc for your precious in put. Marc Thanks for the advice again and I m going to apply in March. As you advised that March application will have no impact at all(God forbidden, if unsuccessful and decided before Oct19), Second Application in October 19 will also have an AR option a...
Dear Members, hope all is good. Need an advice about when to apply- All relevant requirements are met. 1- Eligible to Apply for ILR under Tier 1 E on 01/03/2019 2- Eligible to Apply for ILR uner LR on 10/01/2020 Extension Valid Untill 02/10/2019 As I understand: if I apply on or before 02/10/2019, I...
Date of Entry? When did you first enter the UK? Is it the date of very first Entry or the date of entry to Tier 1 E The straight forward answer is the first entry(In my case 27th March 2010) however, in paper form it was clarifying the entry to the route ILR application was based on.(In My case 29th...
We thought about things at the weekend and have decided: 1. to go ahead with the application, not to cancel it. The main reason for this being our understanding that a rejection won't affect our chances of immediately re-applying. 2. AGAINST the cover letter. We might pen something simple ourselves...
There is a lot of discussion going on the forum about this nobody is yet sure Thank you for your response. As per my perception, I think the date of application will be the date when the application is submitted online regardless of the documents upload or appointment date. What do you think? They ...
Just additional money for checking the correct uploads.
Do they mention any particular resolution or anything?
Then why it needs to be checked that they are in acceptable format.
May be to check relevant documents under relevant headings/sections.
@CR01 No she can not at this point I was just going through Private life topics,7 years continuous leave of UK born child which she is and completes next year, however her 7 year continuity is also broken as She was with her mum and stayed there for few months, adding another negative to that kind of...

Now reading through continuous residence guidance I think my wife’s Continuous residence is broken down as rules at that time states that they must successfully apply within 28 days of Vis...
Once submitted online I guess we are not suppose to upload or present this completed application,on the appointment date, in PDF format with additional changes.
My personal understanding is that if you get an appointment for your Biometrics and evidence submission within the 28 days window before your visa expiry date(15th Jan), It should be absolutely fine.
It would be a good idea to upload documents in the meanwhile if it allows to do so.
Hi, Apologies for creating this a seperate topic. As part of the application for Tier1 E to Settlement they do ask about absences with dates and reasons and then evidence to justify these reasons. I understand from the previous discussions that Tier1 E to settlment route, did not ask for to give th...

I choose New Service and there was by default checked standard, No priority for Tier 1E unfortunately. One more question which confused me is Once we complete in the absences ,it will ask for evidence such as Employer letter etc which I guesss does not apply to Tier1E settlement. I choose “Other” an...
