Dear Syed2104, if at the time of application you provided the statements showed a £50,000 or over but so called common date issue raised by case worker you should win an appeal so you should lodge an appeal against it with no relays if at the time of application you provided the statements where sh...

Re: common date issue refusal

@ ishfaqsangra, actually there is no requirement that the 2 accounts should have the same date but if you still have the time you can get a recent bank statement/letter from your third party sponsor. But if you don't have any more time left, my advice is that you should submit your application so a...

Re: common date issue refusal

@ syed2104, I will advice that you go for appeal as you can easily win the appeal if you get a complete bank statement from the date you submitted your application to the date the caseworker took the decision to refuse your application. The bank statements should show that you have 50k in both acco...

Re: Bank letter instead of Original Statement

I advice you not to do this, because that is a definitive interview and even after interview they may still ask the statements. This happened to a friend of mine who just gave a bank letter, he was called for interview and was asked about the funds, then a week later he go the following email. Amon...

Re: Baby maintenance query

its only £600 required ,,,if an adult can show their own maintenance as dependent it means it is only for the one who is applying.

if you are showing maintenance for dependent ,,,it should be just £600 why would they ask for maintenance when no body else is applying.

I hope you get my point.
