No difference, as far as I could tell, if the born British citizen was born in the UK. Note that a naturalised British citizen may use the naturalisation certificate as proof of nationality. I don't use PAYE and P60 as I am Self Employed, so I need to send Statement of Account from HMRC to show that taxes been paid. I don't have tax office or tax office reference number, so I can leave this 3.5 field blank and send my Statement. Correct?
