Re: Just a Sunday question

Thanks for fast reply! :) For those who are British by descent, how to pass citizenship to children? If their children are born in UK then they will become British too? Just curious. Thank you :D

No difference, as far as I could tell, if the born British citizen was born in the UK. Note that a naturalised British citizen may use the naturalisation certificate as proof of nationality. People who automatically acquire British citizenship may need more documents in addition to the birth certif...

Re: Are there quieter months for applications?

Thanks for your thoughts. I think May - September are busiest, so maybe applying in November may be quicker. Could somebody with moderator rights remove advertising spam message from this thread please: http://www.immigrationboards.com/british-citizenship/november-2014-naturalisation-application-tim...

Are there quieter months for applications?

Hello

Middle of November and we have only 5 people in November timeline.

I wonder, are there quieter months by number of citizenship applications and can it make them be processed slightly quicker than more busy months?

Re: Form AN 3.5 empty for Self Employed, correct?

Yes, Thank you very much for your help! :) I sent most recent Self Asseseement Statement from HMRC as they require. I just became slightly worried that I left this 3.5 field empty, I think I don't have these tax office thing, it's for PAYE system. So I wanted to confirm that I did everything right, ...

Re: Form AN 3.5 empty for Self Employed, correct?

Could anyone confirm please?

I don't use PAYE and P60 as I am Self Employed, so I need to send Statement of Account from HMRC to show that taxes been paid. I don't have tax office or tax office reference number, so I can leave this 3.5 field blank and send my Statement. Correct?

Form AN 3.5 empty for Self Employed, correct?

Hi

In Form AN field 3.5 must be empty if I'm self-employed, I don't have these numbers. I must send them Self Employed Statement instead. Correct?

Thank you very much! :)
