OK
So I have another question.
In application as question when i first time arrived to UK. does it mean first time first time??
I came first time in 2007 just for 2 months but i am applying 5 years from 2010. Which date I should put there?

New EEA3 application form

Hello.
I am looking for new EEA3 permanent residency application form and I found only form from 06/2014 and something from 30.1.2015.
I am confused because that first one has only around 40 pages and second 121 pages.
Which one I should download?

I called UKBA/HO and that dude told me that I can't apply because I didn't work 12 month for one employer> Another reason was that I didn't register under WRS when I once worked from 14.01 until 07.02. I though that is not necessary but probably it is. Now I am thinking to apply in few months again ...

No, what I am saying is that since 2009 until 2011 every time i worked i applied for WRS (except once when I worked only 3 weeks for company) but usually stayed for 3-7 months in the same work. According the law i can be out of UK for almost 6 months every year but according this letter I can't appl...

I want ask. If person from A8 country came to UK in 2004 and until 2011 every time worked for each employer 8-10 months (every time registered in WRS), is he/she eligible for residency or not? Does this person need to wait until 2016 to apply for residency?

If your EEA national family member exercised Treaty rights
That is why I am asking if I have to fill this section, but if you guys say so I will do it.

One more question. Do I have to fill section 7.2 and 7.3 when I am only person applying for PR? Or leave it blank? OK. So only employment but what about time From To?
Should I just chose some dates to make 5 years? I mean I am here over 5 years so I can pick any within that time? Or from day I started fork and To leave blank?

Yeah, i will do it anyway. I am quite confused form that dates, because then I have big gaps between jobs. When I started work in first job from 1.06 but WRS was issued 20.8 and then next job started 1.3 and wrs issued 27.4 means i am that almost 2 months withour legal work? How that affect my appli...

according UKBA because of I applied for WRS longer than 1 months in almost every of my previous jobs I have to wait until 2016 for PR and 2017 for BC....
