first thing go to your bank and ask your branch manager to see is there any transaction declined or not? if yes then its ur fault but if your branch manager said there is no declined its mean this is HO fault and ask your manager to print a letter that since last one or six months no transaction has...

same thing happened with my friend he hasnt got right of appeal... i dont know why...
but when he appealed his appeal is approved and court gave 14 days time to HO that why the payment is declined... but they have to proof it before 14 days of hearing date ...

well i dont know they said as your visa is expired you will become overstayer... so thats why they didnt gave him a right of appeal...

i dont know why people are always misguiding other person who is already in big problem. brothers court are not like HO they are well organized... tell him not to worry if he forget to fill up fee section now in few days court will send him a letter saying that he got 15 working days to pay fee... h...

well. his visa was expired on31 jan 2012 he applied on 25 jan and his application came back on 5 of feb due to declined payment and then he send it again so thats why HO didnt gave him 3C
