From your post seems like u recently got approved for entrepreneur visa. And your long residency will complete in 2016. My advice is concentrate fully on the business that u invested and stop worrying about ILR as it's long way to go to.

Once you submit your set LR application, you will be sent biometric invitation letter which then you can take it to participating post office and enrol your biometrics.
