Hi Just apply with ur exciting passports, keep the photocopy of all passport, don't go for renewal first, as HO don't bother about ur passports as they only bother about whether u r overstayers or not!!!! If they ask you that ur passports are expired later during application process then attach that...

Key word here is

He is correct,

There is no such requirement in policy guidance that company has to be in profit. But company has some trading activities like revenue generating(not profit).

You ok in both cases but if they call you for interview and they ask about profit then explain them there not now.

You must show minimum 12 months employment and minimum 30 Hrs per week or 130 hrs per month or 1560hrs per year.

You can't reduce hours from minimum and also you can't reduce 12 months of employment of one employee or employees in aggregate.

Normally the mention in the refusal letter, but it 14 days usually start from the date of the refusal letter, I left this question open for other respectable members of the forum to put the light on your 14 days issue.
