Re: Passport under examination process - meaning?

Dear Mugen Home office decided your case, sent you registration certificates but the problem in your case is that they might did not intimate HMPO about the issuance of certificates, it’s my personal experience that until they are not intimated by HO they will never issue passport, even if you tell ...

Re: Check the status of your application online - New service

It is my humble request to moderators that please close this online status thread as service has been removed since 8th December and there is no obvious Benifit if continued.

If home office start new status checker , then new thread can be created in future.

Re: UK Citizenship - Absence in Stay in UK - Need advice.

Yes by looking at your detailed explanation you are safe to apply for citizenship and secondly you said that you arrived in UK on 7th January 2013,so for the safe side my suggestion is to apply any day after 10th January 2018 but if you are desperate to apply and don’t want to wait couple of days th...

Re: UK Citizenship - Absence in Stay in UK - Need advice.

Firstly you have to check that you must not be absent more than 90 days in last 12 months before the date you applied and not more than 400 days in last five years, if you met this criteria you can apply if not you have to wait Second important thing is that the date you will apply for citizenship y...

Re: Check the status of your application online - New service

You can request to take your documents but your application will be considered as withdrawn and fee will not be refunded and if you will apply again you have to pay the full fee again and have to wait again.

Se wait till your application is decided otherwise no point of wasting money and time.

Re: HMPO questions Naturalisation Status withdraws passport application

Good infernos This is what I said logically, Indian passport is the issue of Indian government and embassy, nothing to do with HO, Don’t make a non issue an issue. If after applying inside UK HMPO raises queries then think to resolve after it, but as I said in previous reply process is straightforwa...

Re: UK Passport Renewal/Dual Nationality

It varies from country to country , some put cancelled stamp, some put expiry stamp, som cut the corner in case of British passport.
But in all cases you can’t use that passport for travel.

And moreover AN applications required more checks as compared to MN1 applications, so if AN applications are being decided in 3 months Iam hoping MN1 applications will be more quicker .
