Yes..marriage certificate and couple of photos...not the marriage invitation.

But getting ur marriage registered u may need them.

For Tier1 I dont think you need to be submitting paylsips ( UKBA doesnt bother ) as long as you have sufficient funds in your bank for you and for your dependants.

because Tier1 General is not tied to a employer...you can work for anyone and you can be off between contracts.

Marriage Certificate is enough as we have done the same.

To be honest...for Marriage registration you may need the invitation card, venue of marriage certificate and 2 witness...and photographs.

So you may have to wear Marriage dress and take photos :-) same you can submit to UKBA when applying.

Hi, I am eligible for ILR on Jun 2015. But my wife is eligible for Tier1 Dep extension. As of now we both have Tier1 Visa and Tier1 Dep till 30th June 2015. Yes Amber..It says Tier1 General...so I guess we can conclude that Tier1 General dependants can still get extensions.

Hi ,

UKBA announced that Tier1 General applications will not be accepted later than April 5th 2015.

Is this applicable for dependants also ?

Tier1 General no extensions after April 2015 ...does this mean it is applicable for only main applicants or will it be applicable for Dependants as well ?
