Points is absolutely fine. There is no problem.

Out of work for 4 months I cannot be economically active. will that be a problem ?
I am otherwise completely active.

4 months in that Qualifying year also I have P60 and included in employment history.

Should the main applicant go for another extension or ILR is Ok ?

Reason is they are not accepting the applications after April 2015.

I am not sure why second extension is needed.

If you can split 8 months between 2 years...and in one year if it is less than 180 days there should not be a problem.

Thanks so much.

Main applicant is eligible for ILR on Jul 2015. As of now both have the visas till Jul 2015.

So what happens to dependant. As dependant cannot apply before april because the visa will be given based on Main applicants status.

please guide.

Tier 1 General Dependant entered in March 2013.

Visa valid till June 2015.

Main applicant eligible for ILR ?

what form / extension should dependant apply ?

Correct me if I am wrong. If you are applying for ILR you will apply before 28 days.

28 Days before Matrch is before end o Feb..so u will not have Payslip of Feb..U will have only till Jan. So I dont think it should be a problem.

However better take opinion from senior members.
