I don't think it will be an issue. As far as I remember you give your passport number when registering for the test.

Maybe I am missing something but the way I see it you have to be living in the UK. The headline of the mentioned section says
Children born abroad to parents who are British by descent and who are now living in the United Kingdom - section 3(5) application

PCN is not FPN and as long as you have paid the you are fine. And even if you have just one FPN you are fine. As far as your first question is concerned you have to be a resident in the UK for the last 5 years and hold ILR for one year. You are allowed 450 days of absences in total and 90 days in th...

I don't think your father can apply for naturalisation, unfortunately, and there are number of reasons for that. He must have been holding ILR and if so he would have lost it after being absent for more than 2 years from UK, he also must have been UK resident for the last 5 years. His profession is ...

If you were arrested by mistake and there were no charges, no convictions or warnings then I think you are fine.

You should get a letter from HO soon, usually between 7-15 days.
NCS should mail tracking number.

Yes.
If you left UK on 20.12 and returned on 22.12 you would count only 1 day as being absent.
