if its given in magistrate court then its not civil. its criminal rather than civil issue. and you need to wait 24 months as per ILR criminality threshold. :(

I agree with board members that LIUK official book is good enough to pass at first attempt. Its my personal experience and I passed the test at first attempt It took me no more than ten minutes to finish test.

Could you plz answer me whether basic disclosure is also a (PNC OR CRB) Check ?
i did basis disclosure scotlaand check but i live in london so will that be good to see if there is any conviction (court fine) or any offence in the past?

there is a question in form

have you ever been convicted of any criminal offence ?

but my conviction is spent as i was convicted in 2009 so why i will still be refuse for 24 months for ilr.

what if it is not disclose as it does not appear in crb and pnc.?

If the college is suspended the only restriction on the college is not to issue new CAS but the existing students will continue to study until the outcome. so i am afraid your college is revoked therefore cant taught to existing or new students.
