Can one really be ordered to attend a rehabilitation course (awareness) without going to court?

Looking at the trend for October applications it seems it's taking UKBA 1month to process payment...

I am of the view that paying that extra £65 for NCS is better in the long run. at least you can use your original docs for something else. Also, NCS indirectly gives you the initial check that may be useful
