Thank you very much. As I am applying for EU 1 form. Currently I am on 12.5 hour contract. I was thinking it might be 14 hour and was worry for 1.5 hour.

For the interest of other member who may have a same satiation... I sent email to EU treaty department and received answer from them.. :) Email Hi I been to immigration office and they gave me advice to contact your department. I am British citizen come to Ireland 2 week ago to exercise my EU treaty...

Thanks I sent them email and waiting for thier response.

I came here few week ago as I don't find out accommodation and job yet. If I send EU1 form I have to submit my passport as well and it will be back in 4-6 week and without passport no body gonna give me job.

After long wait nearly about 4 month. And sending complains to EU commission and involve Solvit finally got my family visa a week ago..... I m in dublin now looking for flat. But find out that in past few year dublin is become A very expensive city. And soon my family will be here with me........ :D

Congrats CTI, always good to read happy results. Rob the OP is about spouse visa, your route is via treaty rights which is totally different. Read the directive, it says the application is an expidiated process. I've seen some posts that they got it a just a few days, but 21 to 28 days is still not...

DOJ never tells that it will be finalized in 4 weeks, where do you got this info from ? This info is on immigration website. I will copy paste it as I m on mobile now..
