Re: Priority postal Tier 2 got delayed

Hi, I got my visa on 6.012 and received BRP yesterday. I had to wait for over a month. No idea why such a delay happened. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.

Re: Priority postal Tier 2 got delayed

Hello All,

Can someone help me to understand why is it such delay? Does anyone know the reason for a delay. No criminal records or anything like that. No one has been in touch with my employer either. Many thanks in advance?

Re: Priority postal Tier 2 got delayed

Hi, yes I fully understand what it means. I applied for my first Tier 2 visa in the end of 2013, where Priority postal has been introduced and back then it is been delayed as well. I got my visa after 6 weeks.Yes, my lawyer got a response from UKBI that my priority application was accepted.

Re: Promotion under Tier 2 general

But if there is no change in SOC code and I still will hold editor's title, would I need to apply for new Tier 2? There is a possibility to stay with editor's title.

Thanks
