British citizenship for 10 year old

A child was born in the UK, however her mother did not have ILR at the time of her birth, but her father is a British citizen. Her father is in prison and does not have access to his birth certificate/passport and we are not in contact with her father. Mother and Father were married at time of birth...

Pretty much title, the "Name at birth" is left blank, while my full name is correct - I've had the same name my whole life. Is this a problem?

Just updating for anyone who is in a similar situation:

I sent a letter to the home office just notifying that the forename and surname were interchanged. They did not ask anything else and I received my approval so I guess it was not a problem.

I did not send the home office any documents, and they did not ask any questions - I received my approval about 3-4 months after the application date.

However i haven't received the brown envelope as yet so i have no idea when the decision was made nor can i post a date the approval was received. I just got a white envelope...
