Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

The more people write to their local mps the more mps writing to the home office mean the home office actually pulling their finger out and do something about it!! I wrote to MP last week. He came back and said that we have highlighted my application issue with Home Office and will try to get respo...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Congrats had you sent the mail to HO Sheffield by email? If yes, what was mail id. Thanks in advance. Hi, Seems like all the ILR's are getting response and not the FLR route. My mail sent to HO Sheffield on last Friday 14 Dec was received by them on 15 Dec (I think by which the case worker might hav...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Quick update. I attended the appointment on the 24th of November. I have been in contact with my solicitor and they have not heard anything at all. I called my solicitor on Monday and they said they will email directly the case work team in charge of my application. I chased them up again yesterday...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Just an update, got 2nd email from UKVI saying that my application is within service standard and bla bla bla. I think I am going to wait and then ask for refund once I get my ILR next year (if I do at all), will ask my MP in Jan also. Not much I can do I think as the escalation process is just a b...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Tiny update. Reminder: SET(M) application, online form submitted Nov 12th, Sopra Steria appointment Nov 30th, I am among c.20 on these boards who have applied before the 'qualification period minus 28 days' (I've counted them!) so that adds a whole other level of anxiety to the entire process. Re-e...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I am so cross about this whole situation especially as a lot of people have applied since November and no sensible communication. I am considering starting a petition about the way the Home Office has been handling Super Priority Services especially since they partnered with Sopra Steria. I think S...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Badhodar - T-2 switching and ILR have different checks so is not the same. T2 Switch does not entail 5 year of HMRC tax /NI payment assurance, does not have absence criteria, switching from t2 to t2 same category does not involve English language proof, police check are different like simple cautio...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Still nothing since 28 Nov super slow service for ILR set O..hopeless :( :( :( Yes it is. On their website they mention that if application will take longer they will let applicant now. But they haven't communicated anything to me since submission of application. Then there is no way we can track t...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I think it is totally random how things are being done. The new system is probably causing problems and there aren't proper methods of escalation established I am assuming. That bit about checks and HMRC etc. is not true, my application is extremely straightforward. 5 years with 1 employer and 3 mo...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Dear All, Received an important update today by calling the Home Office. If you have paid for 24 hour service, but keep receiving the note that 'your application is within the standard service time', it means there is a high chance there was a systematic mistake with your application and at the mom...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I will 100% be applying for a refund - but only after all this is done. 8) This is now the 10th day since our appointment and a 24 hour decision was promised. "We decided in 24hrs but took another 2 weeks to let you know, honest!" simply won't cut it. I have that mailing address in Liverpool that s...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Do we qualify for a refund as the HO has failed its service standard of 24 hours? they don't even treat you as if you are eligible for any visa when you call the number.they snap back at you. do you think they will give refund? I will 100% be applying for a refund - but only after all this is done....

I went to Mark Lane, London on 30th November and haven't had a peep out of HO, not a call, email or pigeon.

Most others seem to be in the same situation though, so I'm not sure what is to be gained by calling the UKVI helpline at this point. I think I'll contact DX though.
Have you contacted DX.
