I think it would be better for those who are employed and need to show proof of employment. I am very surprise to read your post. How come HO would remove you if you have got RC or family permit and your wife is excersising treaty right. And more surprising you or your wife didn't take any action. Can you please clarify?? :?:

you are right.

I am planning to go for 'Premium Service' (If it starts soon or in Sept) and will update you all guys of my experience. I understand that it will be quite expensive but, i really don't want to take any risk of delay in decision due to my employer.
