Advise on English requirement and LIUK

HI
I received ILR in Nov 2011 along with my wife. I suppose i can apply for Naturalization in Nov 2012. When i got ILR, i was not required to do LIUK test or any english language test (HSMP JR, 5 Years). I was wondering if i have to do these two test now?
