I would like to bring notice to the reply in the above thread. If you do not submit the bank statement of the overdrwan bank account, it will not be considered as a part of your maintenance fund. I would suggest to submit the statement of bank account where you are maintaining higher sum. People do ...

However, I wanted to know if my company voids my Tier-2 sponsorship by reporting to homeoffice BEFORE I could apply for the Tier-1, then does it not reject my application automatically ? Or do I then get a chance because I have 60 days grace period in UK after my Tier-2 is cancelled ? Informing UKB...

Re: Need urgent advice on my accountant letter..

This is quite strange. Wording of your accountant is as if he is not taking any responsibility of generating payslips and advising you on the payment+dividend structure. I would fire him and hire somebody who can is responsible and "accountable" ;-) Hello friends, very soon I am going to apply for t...

To me, it appears to be a case of not explaining things properly in the application: You have provided: 1. Payslips + Letter (Showing Variable Pay) + Bank Statement. If your employer letter mentioned your variable pay clearly and ECO can verify it from your company then it is quite starnge that inco...

I would advice to find out from your local council about the council tax. Unless it is explicitly mentioned on your tenancy contract that landLord will foot the bill, it is not advisable to assume. Regarding BC, I think they do check your records. A close friend of mine was asked too many detailed q...

HO send letter to the applicant as well as local council(or NCS) so that applicant can book for the ceremony. Unless info reach NCS, council cannot book ceremony appointment.

In my opinion, OP has to spend 5 year time from the day he was fined by court. Not reporting a offense and running away from scene of accident(in hurry or otherwise) is considered as major offense and doesn't say good about the character. I am not questioning the character but it is not seen as good...

Logically, it the director of the company who was help responsible for breaching health and safety law and not you personally.

Penalty paid on spot will not affect your ILR or citizenship. It will only affect you If you do not pay penalty, matter goes to court where you are asked to pay penalty(which means you are convicted by court). This does't happened. So Relax !!! ukwus: thanks for reading this. She said she wants to c...

Re: Can a visit to Libya cause entry refusal into UK?

What makes you think so? If you have legal permit to enter and stay in UK and You have not involved in any illegal activity then you should be fine. I'm from India. I've recently got my Tier-1 visa issued and I plan to find a job in UK in future. At present, I've come across a short-term job opportu...
